I Must Practice

It is quite over cast and the rain is near but it just hasn't been able to reach up this far to get us yet. Hopefully it will before long. The cows are chewing their cud and waiting for a nice shower.

I am posting a couple photos of the flowers that are in bloom now.

The above photo is of creeping phlox which are so hardy and do a great job of coming back every year.

The next photo is of Mediterranean Pinks which has very similar growing features as the pholox but grow larger for me. I planted 24 plants last fall and only 6 survived the bitter winter we had. I do plan on re-planting to fill in the bare spots. These are the ones shown in the photo on the wall.

My First Blog......I can Do It!

This is the first entry to my first blog site. I am hoping to keep it full of beautiful flowers throughout the year of flowers from here on the farm in Stillwater MN. But, I did have a lot of freeze outs with the cold winter so it won't be as I had hoped. Please drop by occasionally to see my additions. Thanks for stopping by.
